The facility was not even ready to be open, half of the pools and the volleyball beach court were in repair, the people who entertain did not know how to do it the schedules were posted with some activities and at the last minute were changed. Bad vacation for our family

Room Information
324 suites, each with a large balcony or groundfloor patio offering garden or oceanviews. The decor is warm and inviting, local handcrafted art adorns the walls and brightly colored pottery lamps complete the look. Each suite is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini fridge, pull out sofa, 2 satellite TV's, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, in-room safe and direct dial telephone.
Children's activities, a calm beach, perfect snorkeling water and pools with waterfalls and a slide make this resort an ideal getaway choice for families.
What We'd Change
Getting a direct flight into Manzanillo is difficult and sometimes expensive. But Barcelo Karmina Palace Deluxe is an all inclusive resort that's worth the effort.

Start the day with a romantic stroll on Karmina Beach, where cream-colored sands are speckled with silver grains courtesy of this volcanic region's high mineral content. Traveling with the kids? The beach's gentle waves are perfect for even the littlest swimmers. For incredible water-time variety, the resort also features eight interconnected swimming pools with waterfalls and a slide, perfect for entertaining both young and old.
Lunch and dinner are a breeze when you enjoy the extensive buffet dining and ? la carte fare at the hotel's popular Japanese and Mexican restaurants. We love Kyoto, both for the sushi and the service, but Restaurant Agave really shouldn't be missed.
