357 guestrooms and studios (renovated in summer 2004) in five-to-seven-story buildings colored pale gray with white roofs and blue glass. Rooms include step-out balconies or patios with garden, pool, or oceanviews. Studios include balconies or patios furnished with tables and chairs offering garden, pool, or oceanviews. Flat-screen, 27-inch televisions with DVD players provide English-language channels as well as Internet access through wireless keyboards (surcharge).

Cool, pale decor features white walls and ceilings, ivory-colored furniture, slate-colored tile floors with red-marble accents, pale-yellow bedspreads with terra-cotta-colored throw pillows, contemporary chrome floor lamps, and Mayan-inspired art on walls. Small bathrooms contain glassed-in stall showers (no tubs) and red-marble vanities. Ceiling fans offer a cooling alternative to rooms and studios' air-conditioning.
