What I love about this resort:
The property is located in Hastings, and sits on an amazing wide golden sand beach. The property has a lot of great vegetaion, and overall there is plenty of room to find your own space to chill out. I took some amazing walks along the beach.
What I wish I could change:
Would be nice if there was a children's club or in general just more things for children to do. In some areas the beach is a little rocky as you enter the water, so you might want some water shoes or flip flops.
Why YOU should go:
This hotel is our top seller in Barbados, and offers a great quality for a reasonable price. If you like a great sandy beach, large rooms, and have the ability to walk to eating places nearby, this is for youl. Amaryllis Beach Resort is set on 5 and a half acres of prime beachfront property covering over 150 meters of white sand. Tucked away from the main highway on the Palm Beach (a popular swimming and snorkeling spot), this south-coast hotel is located next door to Garrison Savannah, the home of Barbados horseracing. A good location, nice amenities and service that is unparalleled makes this property the ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. This resort is also handicap accessible, starting from the main entrance, public restrooms and passageways to the guest rooms. On site, environmentally-friendly practices include recycling, solar heating, and energy control. Hawksbill Sea Turtles are also taken care of via a partnership with the Belair Institute.

Arrangements have been made for free day time use of the tennis courts which are located between the Amaryllis and the Hilton. The Seashell Conference Centre, with all modern international equipment, accommodates up to 200 persons theatre style with three rooms and and high speed internet access (additional charge).
