Amazing Honeymoon
Great food, great customer service, amazing beach, went on off season the resort was very quite, great location!!! Would stay here again!!
If your looking for crystal clear Blue water and a beautiful beach this is the Island for you.. Its laid back atmosphere along with its friendly Island folk make it enjoyable.. The Alexandria Resort is a medium size resort which is very clean and well run. Our room for 2 was a little on the small side but it also came with a washer dryer and kitchette which came in handy, the bed was great and the flat panel tv was a plus.. The food was exceptional, fresh fish, escargo, and conch fritters as well as conch soup at the hotel restraunt "Mango Reef" we will definetly be going back here.. you can also walk 5 minutes down the beach to another great place to eat called " Bay Bistro " Best of all it was only a 3 hour direct flight from JFK airport NYC and you will be relaxing on Grace Bay Beach in no time..
The Alexandra Resort was a excellent place to stay. The guest services were outstanding and super nice. The food at the Mango Reef was delicious and resonably priced. We had dinner at a couple of the other resorts but they were not as good. The setting is more casual at the Mango Reef but the food makes up for the atmosphere. We booked a snorkel trip through Caicos Dream Tours while we were there. The ocean is crystal clear. I've never seen such beautiful water. The crew inboard were very informative and go the extra mile to ensure everyone had a fun time. Also, we chartered a deep sea fishing trip through Catch the Wave. I shopped around and they had the best price by far. We did a 4 hour trip and caught 2 nice black fin tuna. Marlin are in season but no luck catching one of them. Overall it was a 5 star trip. The island is safe and friendly. We had no worries walking around site seeing.
We've spent a wonderful time at the Alexandra. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, clean and you feel at home immediately. Unfortunately the Studios do not include a hot plate, but you can buy one at a local do it yourself store and save a lot of money since dining out is quite expensive.

The Wyndham Nassau Resort's C-Tower Ocean View Room is lovely. It is right on the beach, overlooking the ocean.

104 guest units in four and five-story buildings with elevators. Each building is named after an orchid and includes air-conditioning, color cable TV, DVD and stereo, ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and in-room safe. Decor, furnishings, and amenities vary from building to building.
The Chelsea building adjoins the beach and offers close-up Atlantic Ocean views. Decor features mahogany-colored crown molding and light-wood furniture.
The luxurious Lady Rose building also adjoins the beach and offers close-up Atlantic Ocean views.
The Prima Donna building offers Atlantic Ocean views from approximately 100 yards away. Decor includes wicker and light-wood furniture.
This property has some of the most spectacular views of Grace Bay.
