CAFE ALAMANDA - Casual, open-air restaurant and bar, with seating under awning and under thatched-roof poolside gazebo. Breakfast and dinner served daily. Lunch offered during winter season. French and Caribbean cuisine, with dinner choices such as fish soup, onion soup, tuna tartare, escargots, chicken with ginger cream sauce, ribeye steak, salmon with tagliatelle, and scallops with rum-ginger Creole sauce.
