We can't stand voice menu operated systems, so we don't use them! You receive a live Caribbean Consultant when you call our Toll Free number at CheapCaribbean.com so you can quickly have your questions and concerns answered by a knowledgeable, friendly agent. If all of our phone lines are busy due to overwhelming demand, simply leave a message and we will return your call promptly. We check messages every 15 minutes during business hours. Reservation center open seven days a week
We don't have weekends at CheapCaribbean.com because our work week never ends! Our reservation center is open to serve you everyday from 9AM to 9PM EST Monday thru Thursday, 9AM to 7PM on Friday, and 10AM to 5PM EST on Saturday. Many times our reservation center is open after business hours due to overwhelming demand for our discounted prices, so please feel free to call anytime as we do frequently check messages when our reservation center is closed.

We also offer a PO Box listed below for checks, money orders, or any written correspondence, a fax number of 707-336-4575, and a 24 hour emergency hotline you receive when a reservation is confirmed for those who need help for any reason before or during their vacation.
