Caribbean Travel Sales Representative
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for talented, driven, enthusiastic and experienced candidates to join our team who are a fit to our company and motivated to learn and succeed.
About the position
Fast-paced environment of an inbound call-center with high volume
Working with customers as a consultant for their travel needs
Short sales cycle
High income potential with great commission plan
Average reps making $35,000 - $50,000 per year, top reps making over $90,000
No cold-calling, only inbound customers
Great team atmosphere
Paid training provided for product and destination knowledge, and technical training
Schedules change semi-annually through a bidding process. Tiop performers can create their own schedules
Requirements
2 or more years sales experience required (commission based preferred)/li>
Bachelors Degree preferred, not required with equivalent experience
Excellent customer service skills are required
Excellent PC skills are required (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet experience)
Must be a responsible team player
Travel experience is a plus, not required
Ability to work nights and/or weekends

Caribbean Travel Customer Service Representatives
Friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives are needed now for our Customer Call Center.
Extensive product and destination knowledge as well as selling and customer service expertise is required, all of which is covered
in classroom training.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and resolving problems and
complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a courteous manner are mandatory
must be a responsible team player
Computer Skills Required
MS Excel, MS Word and Internet experience
customer service experience is preferred
Flexible Schedule, must be available to work nights and weekends
travel experience, particularly Caribbean or Mexican travel is a plus!
4 year college degree is a plus!
