Accounts Payable
Our busy Accounts Payable Department needs a detail oriented, responsible team player who will be responsible for:
Verifying vendor charges
Processing payments
Recording and maintaining transactions
The appropriate candidate will possess the ability to:
Understand and apply basic accounting principles for processing and reconciling payments
Identify discrepancies
Implement corrective actions
Communicate backup support to vendor
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in the accounts payable/bookkeeping /accounting area
MS Excel proficiency and MS Outlook experience required
Organized with excellent communication and follow up skills
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Motivated self starter with the ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
AccPac experience is a plus
Experience with contractual rates a plus
Accounting/bookkeeping classes desirable
College degree is a plus

Our busy Reservation Call Center needs a Customer Service Supervisor who will be responsible for assisting the department in:
Providing coaching to agents for improved call quality, turnover and customer satisfaction
Reviewing and analyzing service call metrics for goal and objective alignment
Supervising a team of customer service staff providing ongoing improvement and feedback
Monitoring a Supervisor line and handling escalated issues
Requirements:
3+ years experience in customer service including 1 year in a supervisory capacity
Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team builder with sound judgment
Ability to work independently and apply a sense of urgency to all tasks and assignments
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced growing environment
Internet, Outlook, Work and Excel experience required
Travel industry experience a plus
Caribbean Travel Sales Supervisor
Our busy Reservation Center needs a Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for assisting the department in:
Providing coaching to agents for increased sales and conversions
Calculating and analyzing sales metrics for goal and objective alignment
Supervising a team of sales staff providing ongoing improvement feedback
Monitoring a Supervisor line and handling escalated issues
Requirements:

Extensive product and destination knowledge as well as selling and customer service expertise is required, all of which is covered
in classroom training.
Sales representatives sell vacations by assisting our customers with researching and planning their travel.
No cold calling required.
Requirements:
excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a courteous manner are mandatory
must be a responsible team player
MS Excel, MS Word and Internet experience
sales service experience is preferred
travel experience, particularly Caribbean or Mexican travel is a plus!
4 year college degree is a plus!
